Step 1: Check Your Error Message

  • If you see “Invalid Username/Password”, click “Forgot Your Password?” to receive a temporary password.
  • If you do not see that message, continue to Step 2.


Step 2: Adjust Pop-Up Blocker Settings

  • Temporarily disable your pop-up blocker OR add
    https://caselink.nashville.gov to the allow list.
    (Note: CaseLink now uses https:// at the beginning.)

Step 4: Apple/Mac Users

  • Safari may not work even after changing settings.  
  • We recommend using Firefox or Chrome on Apple/Mac for best results.
