Pop-Up Blocker Prevents Log-in to CaseLink

Your pop-up blocker settings may cause problems when logging in, unless you are getting an “Invalid Username/Password” message.
Step 1: Check Your Error Message
- If you see “Invalid Username/Password”, click “Forgot Your Password?” to receive a temporary password.
- If you do not see that message, continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Adjust Pop-Up Blocker Settings
- Temporarily disable your pop-up blocker OR add
https://caselink.nashville.gov to the allow list.
(Note: CaseLink now uses https:// at the beginning.)

Step 4: Apple/Mac Users
- Safari may not work even after changing settings.
- We recommend using Firefox or Chrome on Apple/Mac for best results.
